3) Why do we get older

Why does age represent time???
Because we never seem to get younger? Is that the answer? The fact we get older and die and are born again should be enough proof of time moving on??
There are 4 seasons: leaves go green in the Spring, they turn yellow in the Summer, orange in Autumn and they finally fall down in the Winter.
Our life and the process of getting older seems like a decade... 75, 80, 100 years, that's long!! If we'd just try to see ourselves as a small leaf on a tree we'd see how repetitive everything is: after winter comes spring again and again and again and will keep coming...why can't we think it's the same year repeating?
Just because there are some processes going on with our bodies or changes in the environment I should think that we move on?
Then why do I keep repeating the mistakes of "previous" people or their ideas?

2) 30 minutes

The performance lasts 30 minutes. "30" represents a quantity, doesn't it? You have a certain perception of how long it is, am I right? OK. Then why do some "30 minutes" seem longer than others? Why sometimes 5 minutes seem like an hour and 50 minutes like 10?
I believe for most people time passes faster when there's something interesting to do, to look at, something thrilling... but still theres nothing really moving it. Some "30 minutes" are longer - some 30 minutes last for years!

Time does not always move forwards. It moves back as well. Stands still. Yes, physically: stands still!
It's not a clock or numbers - they just have a symbolic meaning, they do not represent it or give any kind of physical direction.
The hands of the clock are moved by the mechanics not by the time - we all now that ...Don't we?!
